Carrot pulp..Fridge life?

How long will the carrot pulp last..

I have just made it, put it in a glass airtight container.. will this be okay for tommorow night cake making experiment??

I did the banana search..looked and looked..lots of fab ideas!..but still unsure about its "shelf life"

It should be.

I have made a carrot cake before and had it in the fridge for a few days before I was able to eat it all and it was fine. I imagine this would work the same way as well.
