which vinegars are raw? i love red wine vinegar and white wine vinegar. i havent eaten either since i went raw because i wasnt sure of how they were made. can someone give me some advice? i know that braggs has the raw apple cider vinegar.

I find that most apple cider vinegars say raw on the label. I have seen a few other vinegars that say raw on the label, but mostly they do not. You just need to look on each label.

apple cider vinegar is the ONLY vinegar that should be taken into the body
