Pleasantly surprised- caramel?!?!?

Definitely not a recipe but i just had to share! I placed a brazil nut in a date, as it just seems they belong together, hehe. It blew my mind! The combination tastes just like SAD caramel!!! I will try throwing them in my bullet for an actual "caramel". I predict it will be outstanding!! (or a total disaster, haha)

Please report back! :) One of my favourite things used to be brazil nut toffee from the UK...this could be the raw version. Thanks for playing with your food.

I am aware of that, Veganforlife, but those taste absolutely nothing like caramel. at least in my opinion.
