first one is in April, when I first got serious and began eating better. I did not go raw until September, however, I did lose weight and begin feeling better before then - raw just made me feel awesome!

wow, you guys=) I never expected so many replies!

The rosocia is still with me, but yes its improved a bit. I think it will be the last thing to go , seeing as we detox through the skin somewhat. Right before I went raw the doc gave me antibiotics for it, but I refuse to smear that on my skin now.

I am sitting at 195 pounds now, my goal is somewhere around 145, or whever my body decides I look and feel good=)

I love looking younger, as I am almost 42! I hope to look even more young soon. I saw some other folks before and after, and it is amazing what living a healthy life can do.

You look great! Keep up the great work. I feel like 40 is drawing me FAST (I'm 36, with low thyroid, which makes me feel tired and older!) so......I can't wait to feel younger..LIKE YOU!!

By the way, I know eating 100% raw makes me feel younger.....with more energy. I cannot function when I eat SAD foods!!!

debilana, you look just lovely - younger and much healthier. Can really notice the change in your face and neck and wrists - so tiny now! You are a source of encouragement to me. I have just begun this and hope to get a spare minute soon to begin blogging. Hope I'll be able to post some pics someday too. So glad that you did. Wish more would do this. I don't know how yet, but I will learn.
