raw olives

Anybody know where to get raw olives in the metro NY area? Buying them via mail order is too expensive for me.

Hi, KittyMommy :). I have not been able to find them anywhere so i ordered from rawguru.com very well priced, i pretty much went for the cheapest while taknig into account that I wanted them in water with minimal spices. The shipping wasn't exactly cheap but worth ordering so i ordered 3 different types- a large jar of pitted kalamatas, a small mediterranean mix, and small jar of botillas (which i do not reccommend). Definitely something to consider.

Would whole foods carry raw olives or should i got the mail order route?

Our whole foods does not carry them... I would try by mail. Shipping is very expensive. Carrassa;)
