I made a mac cream cheeze the other day and put wonderful seasonings in it. I can't seem to get enough of it! But I can't remember what I exactly added to it to duplicate it. :(

I'll blame it on working the nightshift. :D

MAN....BARBIE, you gotta HATE IT when that happens! I've done that before. Hopefully, (and this usually happens to me) when you start creating it again, you'll remember, and as you taste it, you'll remember just the one or two things that you added for the extra umph!!

YUP! I have enough left to compare it to, but I want to take it to work with me, tonight. I'll save a small dap of it so I can do a comparison tomorrow. I have some plain mac cream cheeze that I will turn into my delightful creation in the AM. The trouble is, I tend to just add and taste, add and taste, without exact measurements. I guess I learned this from my Mom.

I just love blaming everything on working nightshift. HeHe.
