This is a continuation of the previous thread located here:

That one was getting a little too long. So, here is a new one so you can continue to show us your creativity with recipes and photos.
Here's how it works (or how we'd LIKE it to work! :) )
=======
We'd like to keep this thread for photos of recipes only. The reason being is so that we can all enjoy drooling over the beautiful creations of our members without having to scroll through pages and pages of posts giving kudos, saying how good it looks or asking for the recipe. However, we ALL like having that little pat on the back as it feels good to get praise, so IF YOU CAN...if at ALL possible, please try and post a photo of a food creation along with your kudos, etc. BUT... if you really wanna say something or ask something and it's not feasible for you to post a photo of one of your raw dishes, then we won't slap your hand for posting comments, feel free to do so - we just don't want to bombard the thread with more comments than photos, that's all! :)
With this in mind, please:
1) Those of you posting photos of your dishes, if it's your creation and you WANT to include the recipe, do so with your photo so that people can share in making it too!
2) If the recipe is not your own, you can cite the source of it, (i.e. "Living on Live Food" by Alissa Cohen, page ---) Now, use YOUR discretion with posting recipes from other books without the author's permission.
===========
I'll start the ball rolling with Rye Bread - Alissa's Rye Bagel Recipe spread about 1/4" thick, sprinkled with caraway seeds, dehydrated and scored/cut into "slices". Delicious with almond butter and agave on top or the Onion Dip (also from Alissa's Living on Live Food book)

Yay!
A fresh thread, here's my contribution.
This is part of tonight's dinner, I also had marinated tomato and seaweed soup but ate that before pics time.
1 and 2 are marinated vegetable stacks consisting of wilted rocket and spinach, tomato, and mushroom.
3 and 4 are the triple layer ice cream cake I made today, just bananas, strawberries and cacao powder. I made my 6 year old son a small individual cake for him to have. Apparently it was an 'oh my god' dessert and I should be a raw chef :D!

Being an ice cream fanatic that looks AMAZING! So do you just make each layer then put it in a dish and freeze? I will most definitely be trying this one.

I pre-chill a springform (cheesecake) pan, make the first layer (in this case strawberry), lay it in the chilled pan then back to the freezer. Make the next layer (you can rinse out the food processor to make sure the layers don't colour each other or go from lightest to darkest colour) and lay that down, then the next, placing the pan i the freezer in between each layer so it stays frozen.
Oh, and I use blended frozen fruits to give it a creamy texture. Such a really simple yet beautiful dessert.
And in keeping with pics posting, below are some of my semi dried tomatoes in olive oil with basil and garlic, and some of our lovely growing almonds.

Raw Cheddar Cheese
1 large red bell pepper
1/4 cup water
1 cup raw cashews (soaked overnight)
1 tbsp. Tahini (optional)
3 tbsp. Nutritional Yeast
1 tbsp. Onion
1 Garlic Clove
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 1/2 tsp. Sea Salt
Blend until creamy.
I don't have nutr. yeast, so I didn't use that. Or tahini. And I used too much onion, so the cheese wasn't that great. But, my boyfriend liked it and he's taking it to work today :)

"Its not even a recipe.. just a bit of useless stuff I do lol.
Take 1/2 -1 cup of blueberries and puree them. Pour into a mold and set in the fridge for 1 hour. When you want to pop it out take a butter knife and stick it in one side and it will wiggle right out. It's pretty good for something so EASY"

Pasta Primavera
By Fairygirl Heathy
So simple and really yummy!
Wide zucchini noodles (just use the veg peeler)
Fresh garden peas
Chopped red pepper
Small chopped carrot
Baby tomatoes, halved
Fresh shredded basil
Fresh chopped parsley
Lemon zest
Your favorite dressing (you might want to try Carmella's House Dressing or Snowdrops' wonderful and creamy Ranch Dressing featured here) or any alfredo type sauce.
Alfredo Sauce
Adapted from Rawvolution’s recipe
¾ cup water
½ tsp honey
1 clove garlic
¼-1/3 cup lemon juice
1 tsp sea salt
1 ¼ cup cashews
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Heathy's Notes:
~ I found this to have a really fresh flavour, and the noodles seemed to sorta melt into the sauce.
~ I'd like to add marinated mushrooms and asparagus too, next time!
Carmella's Notes:
~ We didn't have fresh sweet peas so I used frozen, and I added a thinly sliced green onion in there.
~ I always just eye the ingredients when I make it. Sometimes it turns out more pasta like, or if I don't have a lot of noodles, closer to a salad. Delish any way you have it!

Here's a combo of a few meals I've been eating over the past couple of days.
The pic of the blueberries is part of a morning feast I had .Sometimes I over look eating the simple blue berry for myself and just remember to them give them to my children . They really are so beautiful , tasty and nutritious!
The 'wrap' pictured (or soon to be a wrap) was typically put together based on what was in my house, (most of it prepared in FP); cabbage, avocado, alfalfa sprouts, raw nori sheets, carrot, tomato, onion (for the cold), chard and tahini lemon dressing. Needless to say a couple of these kept me full, warm and going for the day!
I wish I could make these pics bigger..can't quite figure out yet how others have sent their bigger ones,.. via in-line text..is that right?
Cheers!

Yummy! What kid does not like taco's
Soft Taco's
4 tortillas, make you own or in photo is from http://www.foodforlife.com/procart_catalog/index.cfm?CategoryID=4&do=subcat and are the Sprouted 100% Corn Tortillas not raw but great for moms in a pinch!
1c. assorted nuts - I used walnuts, pecans & sunflower, any nut will do!
water - as needed
taco seasoning - I made this up ages ago , sorry dont remember; chili pwdr, cumin, salt, paprika etc I think
diced avocado
salad
diced tomatos
salsa - just made a chunky marinara and put it in the dehydrator
I put a damp paper towel in a large frypan w a lid. With lid on, turned it on till warm. turn off heat. Placed tortillas on top of warm damp towls and replaced lid to gently warm through and make more pliable.
Put nut into FP or VM. Pulse until broken, not mushy. Add seasoning and do a quick pulse followed by a splash of water (slightly warm mixes better). Quick pulse again till desired texture. Dont over blend, you dont want babyfood. This is our taco meat.
Assemble as in photo. I found adding a "sour cream" made this a bit heavy
Enjoy!

In case you thought otherwise, the Food for Life products are very good but they aren't raw. Another alternative is John's Tortillas, which people often mention, but they're very expensive. I'll have to try making my own.

The ''Triple Chocolate Cheesecake'''' recipe belongs to Snowdrop; We did a testing of the recipe for her in Uncooking in Medford Adventure; We will have Snowdrop post a response to this: Joz
P>S> there is a 'double' chocolate cherry cheesecake posted here somewhere that you could try?

Unfortunately I cannot post the recipe. Snowdrop is in the process of writing a recipe book and she was kind enough to let me and Wyjoz test the recipe for our Uncooking Adventure (http://www.rawfreedomcommunity.info/forum/showthread.php?t=2855). You will have to wait until the release of Snowdrop's book. Until then you can drool over the pictures and know that it is really to LIVE for!!!!

Well this is the first recipe that I have shared since going raw, I hope that on one else made this one.
Note: The only thing I measured was the walnuts so I'm guessing on the dates and Pecans.
Ingredients:
1 cup walnuts
1/2 - 3/4 cup dates (soaked 30 mins)
1-1.5cup pecans (I did not measure so you might need more)
Honey Or Agave
Take the walnuts and dates and process in the blender until smooth. in a bowl crumble the pecans into chucks, not to small. Take the walnuty batter out and of the blender, take some and roll into ball and then roll in to pecan chucks, finish rolling the remainder of the dough in the pecans and and drizzle either honey or Agave. I would suggest eating them right away or putting in the frig.
These taste even better if you put them in the dehydrater after drizzing the honey or agave for 1 to 2 hours... Yum

Sure!
All I did was freeze a banana without the peel and froze some slices of mango. No particular amount of mango. I only put about 4 slices in to give it a little extra kick. Then just put them in a blender, added a little bit of water until it reached a consistency I wanted and Wa-la! Then just cut up the kiwi and sprinkled.. ughh well strategically places some raspberries. Wanted to make it look pretty! :P
I was shocked cause 1 banana was the perfect amount for a single serving (which filled me up too) and it tasted just like ice cream!
Enjoy!

The first one is a persimmon pie of sorts. I make the Persimmon Nog (recipe somewhere on the site) but it was too thick, so I poured it into a pie crust of dates, walnuts, and macs
The second is Alissa's Date Nut Torte
The last two are flavour variations of her cheesecake.

This is very simple but one of my favorite salads that I make. It makes about 3 large servings but more if you have a smaller serving of it.
Red Cabbage Salad
1 head of red cabbage chopped
2 red bell peppers chopped
1 bunch of celery chopped
1/2 red onion diced
corn cut from 4-5 ears
Mix all indredients well in a large bowl and then mix in creamy avocado dressing (below).
Ceamy Avocado Dressing
1/2 cup raw cashews (approx)
1/2 cup raw macadamias (approx)
2 avocados
2 limes
1 clove of garlic minced
1 tbls cold pressed olive oil (approx)
I chop the nuts in my mini chopper well, then add the avocados and blend well. Add the olive oil and minced garlic and blend dressing well.
I don't measure this so I approximate where noted.

Eileen,
Thanks for page 5 of your fabulous chow mein dish. One local raw person ordered case and hates them. I believe she said too salty and maybe she said too fishy. I'm going to be the proud owner of 11 packages in next day or two. I can't wait. I will try for low calorie dressing however. I wonder how marinara would work but of course it is not chow mein. I can see chow mein with onions, snow peas, thin sliced carrots, diakon and a dressing too.

Hi snowdrop,
I agree with all who says your recipes are so delicious looking and I can't wait to get your book when it comes out. Please tell me what you do to get your mushrooms looking so good on top of the zucchini haystacks? Are these from a recipe in Alissa's book? Or what?

hi sue
i merely slice the mushrooms thin and marinated them in a spoonful of nama shoyu then just placed them atop of the finished sauced haystacks.

Sue
you can most certainly use braggs to marinate.
i didn't use the mandoine (for beets) because the potato peeler makes the slices even thinner and i didn't have a long time to marinate & dehydrate to soften the hard beet slices up. but a mandoline can work. & i just used a sharp paring knife to slice mushroms as they are pretty tender to begin with.
i hope that answers your question. :)

The Sticky Almond Bars were made by stirring up thin sliced almonds with a little raw honey & a ground up mixture of pecans, maca, sea salt, the scraped insides of a vanilla bean.. not sure what all else I used... The thin crust on the bottom was made with dates, cacao, sea salt, oats or was it almonds maybe?
The Snickering Fudge was my dark chocolate recipe (cacao, coconut butter, sea salt, 5 mushroom blend f: mushroom scince plus extra cordycepts extract from mytonix, maca, blue mangosteen, deer antler & ho shou wu. For sweetner I either use agave, pure maple sugar or xylitol (for sugar free low glycemic Body Ecology Diet peoples ;) ) The filling was made from raw jungle peanuts, almonds, vanilla bean & agave. The nuts were my maple cinnamon pecans which are soaked then dried pecans marinated mixed & dehydrated up with coconut shreds, a dash of cinnamon & a little maple syrup & maple sugar. You can use honey or agave too though. I mix up my recipes all the time and use all sorts of stuff I have onhand.

I'm way into David Wolfe's SITS Program, very much into superfoods & super herbs etc! The basic dark chocolate fudge can be made from cacao powder, coconut butter, sea salt & sweetner. The other stuff I add is basicly tonic herbs to strengthen the immune system & build jing. :D I have affiliate links on my site to mountain rose herbs where you can get a bunch of it, the rest is on my sunfood.com affiliate link! (my site under links) I don't think Alissa carys any of those things so I hope it's ok to post this? Obviously you want to be buying your cacao & coconut butter through her site to support having this awesome community (which I have an affiliate link for too lol!)

Pic 1:
Meg's Raw Banana Syrup
Ingredients: Frozen bananas
Special equipment: large strainer and a jug
Place frozen bananas (I usually chop them into thirds) into the strainer and place the strainer over a jug. Leave overnight (or at least a couple of hours) while the syrup slowly drips from the defrosting bananas through the strainer and into the jug.
Store in fridge, lasts up to 5 days (sometimes more).
Pic 2:
Raw Chocolate Crackles (nut free)
All volumes are approximate as I'm not big on exact measurements... sorry!
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1-2 tablespoons of agave nectar or other sweetener
2 tablespoons of desiccated coconut
1 tablespoon of cacao powder (or more if desired)
1 tablespoon of sprouted dehydrated buckwheat (more can be added)
Pinch of salt dissolved in minimum of water
Melt coconut oil by immersing the bowl in a larger bowl filled with hot water.
Add sweetener and stir, add cacao powder and salt water and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Add coconut and buckwheat and mix completely in.
Place mixture into medium to small paper muffin trays and store in fridge or freezer.
Pics 3, 4, 5
Raw pizza!
Flax cracker base, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, fresh basil leaves, capsicum and a macadamia nut cheese.

Ahha! I did write the recipe down!
Sticky Almond Bars!
I blended up 2 handfulls of almonds & a handfull of oats and added a pinch of sea salt, a dash of agave, a few tbsps melted cacao butter and a dash of cacao powder for the crust. I mixed it up & pressed it into a pie glass.
I blended up about 4 handfulls of of pecans and added them to a large bowl where I mixed them up with a big tbsp of maca extreme, dash of sea salt, dash of cinnamon, several tbsps of honey & enough agave to make it workable as I mixed in a bag of thin sliced almonds and a big handfull of sesame seeds to make a big sticky mass that I layed on top of the crust and pressed it all down.
Set in dehydrator in the pie tray for a couple days. Store it in the fridge or freezer.

Here we go Aubergine(eggplant) chips (fries)
First peel and cut one Aubergine, ito long strips or slices
Then soaked this in
Filtered water
Juice of 1 lemon
Sea salt
for 1 hour, squeezing them well halfway through.
After this they are completely soft and limp! I marinated them quickly and put them on a plate before dehydrating.
Olive oil
Basic curry spices quickly ground up
Cayenne Pepper (because I LOVE IT!!)
Massage it well in, make sure they are all coated well.
Then into D for 4-6 hours, they could be eaten then but another 4 ish hours and nicely done.
Voila!

This is the first time I'm posting something I made. This is the first day that I've been completely raw from breakfast until now (dinner). I'm fairly new to Raw, less than 2 weeks, so I'm still struggling with it.
This is what I made:
Simple Pasta w/ Raw tomato sauce & shredded red (purple) cabbage
Stuffed mushrooms w/ zucchini squash and olive tapenade
Avocado w/ corn - simple side dish
Simple salad w/ mushrooms, tomato & olive (dressing cold pressd Olive oil & lime juice)
I didn't have a recipe book, I just threw things together that I got from the store. I hope I can eat all of this!!

Thanks RawDrop, it was simple really, I ground up some mushroom steams with zucchini, yellow squash, little white onion, olives (non-raw), red cabbage and drizzled with some cold pressed olive oil. I pulsed it until I got the consistency I wanted, then I stuffed the mushrooms.
I couldn't finish my dinner, it was filling! I should have marinated the mushrooms though, it was good, but not great. I can't wait until I get my dehydrator so that I can try that recipe again. I'll marinate the mushrooms first then stuff them. I'll post more pictures of my dinners as I create them.

I think I got the photos resized properly!
Here's my second fully raw dinner. A modified version of Angela Stokes' Spinach Avocado Soup and Walnut Tacos (I didn't have sun dried tomatoes, and I added almond-macademia nut mylk to thin out, instead of water). I saw Matt Amsden make the walnut taco meat, but I didn't have an exact recipe. So that's modified also. On the soup I garnished with grape tomatoes and scallions, and on the plate is 2 green leaf lettuce leaves with shredded scallions, carrots, zucchini, more grape tomatoes and walnut meat (made with walnuts, scallion, grape tomatoes, chili peppers, thyme and salt & black pepper).
This was my first attempt at raw soup and it was surprisingly (why?) good. As with my first dinner, I could barely finish everything, so there were leftovers. I'm hoping to get Alissa's book in the mail soon so that I can try her recipes. Still waiting on those (and the DVD) plus my dehydrator!

I was always able to find baby corn while living in the US. Check out Asian markets. It is a very common ingredient in Chinese cooking. Might be easier to find there. But I remember being able to find it in WalMart all the time.
As for the UK, for me, being up in the North, it is very expensive. I can only get about 4 little cobs for a quid. That is 4 for $2.00. Very expensive on my budget.
My partner and I are going to try and grow some corn though. Maybe we can harvest some baby corn. Who knows!

I made this cheesecake for Memorial Day and it never made it to my Mom's :D. I modified a raw cheesecake recipe from the GoneRaw site that uses cashews and added apples, brown rice syrup and ghee (for the caramel). Because I heated up the brown rice syrup, apples and ghee for the topping, it's not totally raw. The way it tasted though, NOBODY KNEW it was even hi-raw at all. Since this is my 1st attempt with this type of recipe, I'm going to try an all-raw version of this in the very near future.

I recently got my dehydrator and I'm breaking it in with recipes from "Living on Live" and goneraw.com. Bread has always been my most difficult thing to give up (even when I was dieting SAD), so when I saw two recipes for bread, I decided to try both. I had all of the ingredients for the Onion Bread, so I started with that one first.
Next, I made the Carrot Pecan Burgers, they look awesome, far better than the Moringstar burgers I loved in my SAD days. The salad is one that I can use in 3 variations. It looks like SAD tuna salad, minced chicken salad, or a seafood/lobster salad. So I called it minced chicken because I didn't have any dulse or other type seaweed to give it the "fishy" taste. When I get in some, I'll repost it as "seafood or tuna" salad. I didn't follow a recipe, but I think I can remember what I put in it! Usually I write things down just in case, but I'll have to experiment again.

Kiwi/goji berry pie
I'm terrible with recipes...I usually just make them up as I'm going along.
Roughly....
Just make an almond/cashew/macademia nut crust by food processing and adding a little agave to make it stick together. Press into a pie pan.
Slice kiwi with a mushroom slicer to get even slices, add goji berries, sprinkle with some raw coconut flakes. Refrigerate to set it.
Serve cool.
Very easy to make and it tastes divine.
Feel free to substitute any nut crust or fruit of course. Get creative! :)

This turned out to be the best sprouted hummus I've ever made. I put it on a bed of fresh sprouts I grew (alfalfa, broccoli & red clover), garnished it with fresh grown sprouts (lentils, chinese cabbage, mung, etc) on top and added red cabbage, yellow pear tomatoes and carrots for dipping. These are so good and so easy to make!
2 cups of dates (not soaked)
2 cups of almond gound into a "flour"
1 tsp salt
Shredded coconut
Put almonds in food processor and grind to a flour. Add dates and salt and mix until it forms a sticky ball.
Take this mixture and form donut-hole-sized balls. Coat balls with coconut.

Here's the link http://thesunnyrawkitchen.blogspot.com/2007/10/recipe-of-week-strawberry-shortcake.html
I'll be honest, I had to mess around with the layers a bit to get it to work. I ended up putting the first layers (cake and cream) in the freezer to firm up quicker and I pressed out the 2nd layer of cake and put it in the freezer to firm up separately, then gently lifted the 2nd layer off and gently put it on top of the first layer, then I let the whole thing firm up in the freezer and took it out an hour or two before serving. It was yummy.
Blessings,
Heather
Thanks for the tips!!! I was wondering if that was the one you made. I cant wait to make this.

I have to share a couple of oh-so-delicious recipes. The first two are Russell James' creations.
Lasagne (http://therawchefblog.com/lasagne-recipe/) and
Quiche (http://therawchefblog.com/spinach-wild-mushroom-quiche/)
And last but not least, this carob hazelnut torte with strawberries, by Jeremy Safron. I loved the lightness of the crust. This was the first time I ate more than one piece of pie!
The picture shows the dinner we had that day, including Jeremy Safron's Mexican Wild Rice, which is has been a steady favorite for years!

Portabello Steaks and Rosemary Garlic Mash - Everyday Raw by Matthew Kenney
Carrot Parsnip Fettuchini - www.greenchefs.tv
Black Sesame Sunflower bread & Sun Burgers. Marinated Asparagus - Ani's raw food kitchen by Ani Phyo
Citrus Apple Pie - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I3L4BDd4BrE with Ani Phyo
Thoughts: Loved the steak & mash. I added parsnips to the jicama/cashew mix and the flavour was beautiful. I did however find it nearly impossible to get it smooth in my VM, although it did not come off has having a grainy texture. The steaks were lovely even though I added too much vinegar.
The fettuchini is a recipe that's been floating round here for years but I only just got round to making it. Loved the flavour. The texture was unexpected but appreciated as it was quite hearty in the mouth.
Sorry to say that I do not share everyones love of the bread. I found it bland and to flaxy. The same for the burgers. However they are the first recipes in her book I have not liked and I have made many of her great recipes.
Lastly, I came across Ani doing a talk show food demo featuring an apple pie. It was very good. I have tried severl apple pie recipes and this one had a nice twist on the filling. She makes up a "sauce" using dates, OJ, & zest. This lends a great flavour to the pie. I am not fond of soft crusts; whilst very nice I would do my crunchy dehydrated crust next time. This pie was very good!

EPPP - If you add 1 1/2 - 2 Tablespoons of za'atar to the bread recipe, it gives it a slight kick in the pants, making it not bland. My other question was, did you eat the burgers fresh, or did you dehydrate them? Thanks! :D

Hey Sweetie!
I will consider the addition as I specially ordered some a while back for that recipe from RFRW. I think it was more the erm slimy flax texture putting me off, but I will give the "Z" a try and perhaps sub almond meal for some of the flax.
The burgers I had warm out of the "D". The tops were nice and "browned". I think I have just had so many great to the ol' taste buds recipes that I was suprised it wasnt a winner especially as I really like her recipes! I may even go bacck to my post and tamper down my words a bit, ya know never critisize when PMS! LOL :D
My fav burger recipe of all time is still Alissa's Carrot - Pecan, I love it as a pate too!

When I made the burger, I was hungry right then, and the bread was ready, so I didn't dehydrate it. I had it with her ketchup on it, and it reminded me of how juicy a big, fresh of the grill burger was (because of the moisture content of it). I also had lettuce, tomato, and onion on mine. Don't know if that'll help you or not. If not, at least you know you love Alissa's right?!;)

if you're not familiar with za'atar, it's a middle eastern spice blend consisting of: thyme, sesame seeds, and sumac.
i didn't do measurements, but the bread was: sunflower seeds, brown flax seeds, grated zucchini, black sesame seeds, himalayan sea salt, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, and cold pressed sunflower oil. i coated the top with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled it with za'atar. total yumminess.

Wow - that za'atar idea looks fab with the dehydrator bread!
At the gourmet shop down the street from us they have packets of za'atar, and basically it's varying combos of savory seeds and herbs that people use along with olive oil to dunk bread in. One day they had some samples out, and I read the packages for some ideas. But a raw adaptation like this makes total sense! Great tasting things like these make staying raw easy. I find if I have a supply of my dehydrator crackers on hand I can always enjoy a snack, or a nice heap of greens with them broken up into "croutons" or with some spread on them along with the salad. Easy filling meal that's very satisfying too.

OMG! Those macaroons! Pretty please, share recipes if you can???
I love RFRWs macaroons. Here are the recipes
Blonde Macroons
3 cups died, unsweetened coconut flakes
1 1/2 cup fine almond flour
1 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup coconut butter
1 T vanilla extract
1/2 t sea salt
1. in a large bowl, combine all the ingredient and stir well to combine. you can also use a standing mixer with the paddle attachment.
2. using a small ice cream scoop, your hands, or a big tablespoon, spoon rounds of the dough onto dehydrator screens. if you are using your hands, it helps to refrigerate the mix a bit prior to forming the macaroons. Dehydrate at 115 or 12 to 24 hours, or until crisp on the outside and nice and chewy on the inside.
Chocolate Macroons
3 C dried unsweetened coconut flakes
1 1/2 C cocoa powder (I used cacao)
1 C maple syrup
1/3 C coconut butter (I used the creme de coco virgin kind, and melted it in my dehydtrator first)
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
In large bowl or standing mixer combine all ingredients thoroughly.
Using a small ice cream scoop (I used a cookie scoop it worked beautifully) your hands or a big tablespoon, spoon rounds of dough onto teflex or parchment paper.
Dehydrate at 115 degrees for 12-24 hrs or until crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside (I did 105 degrees, and I just passed the 24 hr mark)
Hope this helps!

mmh all your pics look really beautiful. We had a couple of non raw guests to dinner. I was a bit nervous about what to make. Anyway I made Alissas chilli Rellenos using bell peppers cutting them up in little slices so each plate had a red, yellow and green slice, then I did a raw unstir fry from Rawvolution, and dessert was Alissa's blueberry cheesecake.
They loved all the food and had extras of both the Rellenos and the cheesecake. So thank you very much Alissa :)
I made enough for us to have the next day too. Here are my Chilli Rellenos and the cheesecake.
best wishes

Love this. It's sooooo yum-oh!!!
I can't remember if I have already posted this  But I say...even if I did...how bad can it be to look at delicious chocolate fudge...again?? :D
Most fudge recipes I have seen are made with ground walnuts etc. as the base. This fudge is made with dehydrated coconut that is blended until reeeeally smooth in a blender. It gives the fudge a rich and creamy texture.
My S.A.D. friends love them and I have even caught them boasting to others about how good my raw food is. ;) Ahhh, I'm so proud. lol.
Ooo, I almost forgot. Here is a Fruit Parfait adapted from Ani Phyo's book. It is made with coconut cashew pudding, raw granola and fruit..here I used plums but any fruit could be used and would be scrumptious. ;)
