I am trying to make a recipe of cahsew cream I ate at a MN raw restaurant. The dish is called a rawmlette with a shell made out of banana and cocnut, cashew cream, red onion, avocado, cilantro and carrot. Delish...

Have you tried contacting the reataurant. I have done a few times with great results. As far as helping you we would need a bit more detail as to the falvours of the cashew cream.

Cashew cream come in to many versions both sweet and savory. Try just staring with 1c. cashewas with 1/4c. water and slowly add ingreadients you feel were in it.
