Guys I frantically need your help. A few weeks back I posted a thread about how I've been raw for a little over four months with no dramatic weight loss. Lately, what's been happening? THE WEIGHT IS CREEPING BACK.
I feel stuck, I'm not sure of what to do now, and I feel as though everything I do is just plain wrong.

Without knowing exactly what you are doing, eating, etc., it's really difficult to assist.
What are you eating in a day approximately?
How often?
How much exercise?
How much water?
How much alcohol?
How much cooked and what?
How much dairy (if any)?
How much meat and what kind (if any)?
What drugs (if any)? Birth control?
Smoking?
There are so many contributors to one's lifestyle which may be causing this that w/out info, all we can do is guess... well, it'll all be guesswork anyway yet, at least sort of educated guessing.

Just keep at the weight your at now and try not to gain more. Then you can focus on loosing it. It's more important to maintain what you have achieved.

I am absolutely sure that for me the key to better health and weight loss is being fresh raw because I feel the life force is in the fresh raw garden produce that I consume as it is grown in the earth. Are you eating fresh raw ?

Hm, I don't know anything specific about you either, but maybe this is just the weight your body is meant to be? A kind of "set-point" which is healthy for you and you shouldn't "force" to loose weight? Ever thought of this?
(if you are really medically over-weight, sorry, you just don't look like it on you pic ;) )
Love,
Eevie

I know this must be terribly discouraging for you.
Over the years of reading more threads than I can count two things that stand out regarding those who are having trouble loosing weight.
1. YOUR body is suited to ONLY a 100% raw diet heavy on the greens. Unable to tolerate cooked in any percentage.
2. You are eating 100% raw however your raw choices are not right for your body. Usually this means a diet low on fresh greens & veg and high on the heavier foods like date nut torte, dehydrated foods, lots of sweet fruits.
Also eating foods other than just fruits & fruit/green smoothies before noon and eating later in the evening. Plus not drinking enough water to flush out the fat & toxins. Also REALLY have a good look at your food. Are you perhaps eating foods that are cooked that you have mistaken for raw? Are you eating enough? have you reached that part of your raw journey where you appetite is a shadow of what is was and are forgetting to eat? That can cause weight gain too!
I fall into the first category. I cannot tolerate ANY percentage of cooked. It took me three attempts to figure this out.
Please don't get discouraged. Don't look at this as just another diet that has failed. This is not just another diet it's a journey and the road can be very bumpy; just keep at it and you will find what works for YOUR body.
Cheers,
EPPP

Darling, I'm with you on this one. The same thing is happening to me! I never eat overt fats either! Still I gain weight! I just figure my body needs the fat right now to heal, and it will take more time. It is so frustrating though. I hate hearing about all of these people that eat all of the fattening raw goodies and still lose weight! I'm so restrictive and I continue to gain!
Just curious...can you give us an idea of what you in a day?

Would it be possible for you to keep a food journal for 7 days - it might shed some light on your issue.
BTW, how much weight are we talking here? How often are you weighing yourself? I can weigh 5 lbs heavier at night some days - that's why the scale is in the basement these days!!!
