I have some dates, goji berries and cacao powder among other ingredients.

I was curious if anyone had any good recipes for these little treats.

You might try a take on thses goji treats...

I would use your 3 ingredients and blitz them in a processor with some coconut oil and roll into balls like truffles. YUM!

There's a video on youtube of Shazzie making a recipe called go go go chew which looks AWESOME! Its part of the superfoods are for real series.

Yeah, I second the go go chews recommendation!

Though she does have a lot of ingredients you may not have, like hey shou woo (sp?) etc. But you can always sub, the recipe looks delicious!

I second what Apasaraw mentioned. I have had to travel a bit for work lately and have been making fruit and nut bars by taking things like goji berries, raisins, soaked almonds and/or walnuts, cacao, apple, flax seed meal, sunflower seeds, whatever floats your boat. Mix it in a blender, squeeze out the worst of the liquid, shape them into bars, balls or whatever is convenient and dehydrate them. I used cacao in the last batch and OMG they were good. Like I said, you can use just about any combination you like. Hope this helps.
