...inspired by EPPP on her previous "organizing tips" thread! :)

EPPP, your thread really motivated to get my kitchen re-organized. Thank you for sharing your photos and tips with us!! Checkout photos of my organized kitchen. I'm so excited about it that I couldn't resist sharing. :D I feel like 20lbs has been lifted off me. LOL! Oh, and I couldn't believe how much junk I had piling in the back of my pantry from years back! After tossing a lot of stuff out, I hardly had anything left (in my pantry). LOL! I guess for a family of 3, it's not too bad.

Btw, my family is not 100% raw so there are things you will see that would not normally be found in a truly raw kitchen. :)

Your kitchen looks great! It always feels wonderful to clean out and get rid of stuff that doesn't serve you anymore. I looked at all your pics including the food...are those recipes from alissa's book? It all looks sooo yummy! :p

Wow, your kitchen is beautiful. I love the way you organized everything. I am very big on organizing but my kitchen is small so I don't have as much space. Can only dream of kitchen like yours.

It is so refreshing to have the house and cabinets cleaned and organized, isnit' it? Great job!

Is that the Universal Plus I spy? I just got mine a couple of weeks ago when they came out. Love it. Got it for the store but it has been at home quite a lot and today is not an exception. I got the stainless bowl ($$$$) also for at work. Have you got any of the attachments like the juicer, nut grinder, oat roller? And how do they work if you do? Am eyeing those items........

Thank you so much for sharing!

And I have a couple of questions if you don't mind?

What is that huge round thing next to your rice cooker?
Is that a tray you Excalibur is on?
What do you store in the bucket underneath the dehydrator?

Oh, and it's nice to see that I'm not the only one who loves Pampered Chef!;)

Thanks again for sharing! :D

You are blessed with a beautiful home. I love the kitchen redo. I am so greatful for my home and I plan on using some of your ideas. I ordered a dehydrator from Alissa (5 tray) I don't know where I am going to put it! I just started buying some pots of herbs and I need to fix a shelf over my sink. I bought sweet basil this week! I need to find some Rosemary and mint. This is so exciting! Thanks for the pics and the new ideas! I will post my pics when I get it all together.

Beautiful kitchen and your food looks delicious!!!! Is the Carvel Cheesecake in Alissas book? If not can you share the recipe? It looks so yummy. It would be great to serve during the Christmas season.

Not only do your pictures of your clean and organized kitchen inspire me to take some action in my own, but your photos of the beautiful foods you have put together inspire me to venture out of the smoothies and salads arena.

I have been too lazy to try anything else, partly because of my own kitchen's disarray and my lack of desire to spend time in it.

I now have a winter project!!

Thank you so much, Jocelyn, for sharing these gems! :)

Love your kitchen. I'm so jealous - you've got so much counter space... I've got none LOL. I have to chop my veggies on my washing machine. Would love to have a nice big roomy kitchen some day!

Excellent!
I am soooo happy for you. It's so very cathartic to rid yourself of junk. I am a packrat by nature but having moved continents TWICE so I really have respect for decluttering. I mean I only just threw away my UK pregnancy magazines from when I was carring my son who is now three!

I love your photos thanks so much for posting about it! I can just picture you hands clasped tight just under your chin jumping up and down doing a little "proud of yourself" dance :p

LOVE the food photos! You may want to add to your first post link to the recipes that you have already posted here; I know there are several as I printed them out when you posted them! Yum!

Cheers,

EPPP

thanks for sharing-your food-kitchen-organizing-looks great!! I am happy for you. Once something like that is done there is a feeling of freedom. My 14 year old step daugther went through my wardrode with me and I got rid of a lot and got more organized and that is the feeling I had of freedom.

THANK YOU everyone for your kind and gracious responses, even about my raw food photos. Yes, it is such a great and refreshing feeling to be organized!!! LOL!! All I can say is, Aaaaahhhhhh... :D You know...isn't it funny how we KNOW that getting organized will be such an amazing feeling of accomplishment, bu yet, it takes us (at least for me!) sooooo long to finally get around to doing it! I can be so stubborn sometimes. LOL!

Shine72 ~ What you see next to my rice cooker is an ice cream maker. :)

Tiggerbounce ~ Yes, that is a Bosch Universal Plus mixer. I totally love it!

Barbie2 ~ The Carvel Cheesecake recipe is not from Alissa's book. I got it from here (RFT). If you do a search for Carvel Cheesecake, you should find it quite easily. If not, let me know and I can repost the recipe for ya. :)

EPPP ~ LOL!!! You are totally right on about me jumping up and down!! That is too funny!!

Have a blessed day friends,
Jocelyn

Sorry, Angelulu, I forgot to reply to your question on my last post.

A lot of the recipes are from Alissa's book. But many are also from recipes found on RFT, GreenChefs.tv, and other raw books that I own. But the Choco-nut brownie recipe is my own recipe. I was trying to imitate Au Lac restaurant's raw Chocolate Xstacy dessert. It is absolutely delicious! It's not exactly like Au Lac's, but it sure turned into an awesome recipe. LOL!

HTH!

Sorry Tiggerbounce ~ I didn't fully answer all your questions. :) Unfortunately, I do not have any of the attachments. I do have a Green Star juicer (which I forgot to take a picture of) and also a citrus juicer. And I have a friend who has an oat roller that I will use when I need it. I didn't know that Bosch sells a nut grinder. Actually, I don't think I'll need one since the Green Star will grind nuts (for nut butters). If you get these attachments, let me know how they work for you!
