Mustard/honey mustard dressing recipes?

I had this amazing mustard dressing at Bonobo's in New York. Does anyone have any recipes for a raw mustard dressing?

Well I make a honey-mustard like dressing that's really great...
I use:

1-2 Tbsp stone ground organic mustard (or grind the mustard seeds yourself, but I'm lazy)
2 Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
1 small clove garlic, minced
1-2 Tbsp agave nectar or raw honey

mix it all together!

edit: oh yeah, I sometimes throw in a pinch of cayenne powder too!
