I've had several and never had any problems. It may sound weird but you'll need to relax and don't tense up. Be sure to drink plenty of water afterwards!

Make sure to use a certified hydrotherapist who has the right equipment.

in the meantime, find someone you know to make a recommendation and schedule your appt!
if you have particular questions ---- ask away!

Here in Hawaii -- they are very expensive! I would LOOOOVE to get one - but .. perhaps next year when I am a successful certified teacher and chef I will have the extra funds to be able to afford a colonic!! lol!!! :D
I keep thinking of that movie with Steve Martin -- it's a very old movie and the girl from Sex in the City is in it.... and she is soooo young! Steve Martin is dating her (and she's like gazillion years younger than him!)... and she schedules this date with him -- and she takes him to this place and they get Colonics... when they're done... Steve Martin is walking all funny and looking a bit green...
but she -- she is vibrant and ALIVE and bouncy and sassy and loookin good!! I keep thinkin if I get a colonic ... maybe I'll get like that ... (or at least have a body like that!!) lol!!! :D

Hi every one, I am 22 years old and I have gained weight. I went from 160 to 200 one year before and people always ask me that I was working out or not. I don’t believe on a specific diet, but I'm still seeing great results when I workout in the gym. I could able to drop at least 20 pounds on some exercises. I really can't have enough money a specific diet right now. I only drink a lot of "Muscle Milk". Sometimes I just eat a healthy sandwich for lunch and dinner. Will this work for me?
