Love your picture of the mixed berry cobbler with almond Creme:)
Please be kind and post the recipes.
It reminds me of cherry pie and SAD version that i no longer eat or can i remember what it tasted like:). I'm so glad that i don't eat that way anymore:)
Thanks.
B.

Almond creme
**********
1 cup of water
7 dates
1 inch of vanilla bean
1/4 cup of agave or honey
2 tsp sesame seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds (optional)(nutritional)
1 cup raw almonds whole
This should be kinda mushy but it does firm up a little in the fridge. This will not slice nicely like a pie.. but its scoopable similar to thick taco dip.
Mixed berry filling
***********
1 cup Mixed berries (strawberry, blue berry, raspberry, black berries)
Use some water to make the blade move if need be.
2 tbs flax seed (thickens)
2tbs agave or honey
Fill the bottom of pie pan or dish with almond creme and pour mix over top. Chill for an hour or two and then scoop nicely and serve. Mmm. it was good.
