I'm so happy! My buckwheat is sprouting tiny little tails! I'm doing it right! Yippee!
This will become something like Essene bread, when it's ready.

Congratulations! I do love sprouted buckwheat too... yum.
However, WATCH OUT! Once those little bastards start, they grow damn fast and within a few hours they are huuuuge!!! :eek: Teally!

I purchased two bags of buckwheat but do not know how to go about doing it.
Also what else can you do with sprouted buckwheat?

Some other ways to use sprouted buckwheat, apart from breads:
substitute for nuts in all those pie/pastry-ish recipes (also makes them less heavy)
dips/pates
blend into "soups" or smoothies
add whole sprouts to your salad, or into your soups...
and whatever you can think of ;) ...
Just be a bit creative and experiment :D
