Thyroid issues here - sounds like a cleansing to me. You may need to take an enema or a flush to ais and abet you - but count it all joy.

Hard to tell if it's cleansing or what since you don't say WHAT you are eating except goji and cacao. As far as thyroid goes, do a search here (banana at top) and type in thyroid and I'm thinking you'll get a wealth of information about thyroid and raw.

Another thing, you might wish to find a good qigong practitioner in your area who can give you some assistance energetically. There are practices you can do for yourself to regulate the thyroid.

One thing for certain, IF you are having watery bowel movements ~ how long has this been going on? ~ you need to make sure you stay hydrated.

Also, you've not given any information on what, if any exercising/movement you ARE doing.

btw ~ I've got no insurance, never have had insurance and healed myself of gallstones, asthma, infections and sciatica with what I eat and the conscious movements I do. YOU can do it to!

I am pretty new here still so I don't know all your info only what I read here. I know how you feel about the Thyroid/ weight gain. I had tried everything and nothing worked until I went raw then I started to lose (43 pounds since March 28th, 43 more to go!). But you said you have been raw most of your life which interests and suprises me because I would have thought from all I have read, that your Thyroid would have healed being raw or at least raw most of the time. Do you take Synthroid or Cytomil now? I am very interested because I have decreased my synthroid and stopped my cytomil (on my own) but haven't been to the doctors for new tests yet. Will be going soon. I have not had any of the side effects that I normally would suffer from like hair falling out by the handful, dry patches of skins, puffy eyes, swollen goiter etc. My failing health is what lead me to raw and I do feel it has started to heal but I don't knowat what point it will stop.
