Before and After - 4 months

So here's what almost 4 months at 80% raw did for me:

-14 lbs. weight loss
-clearer mind, less anxiety/depression
-feeling vibrant
-more spiritual
-doing more with my life: I've re-taken up piano, I clean a lot more, re-writing my book
-my eyes look so much clearer, the whites are very white
-teeth look nice
-haven't really gotten sick much
-so much more in-tune with nature
-greater respect for her too

just ahh. Everything. Everything feels better. I look so much better than at my own wedding almost 2 yrs ago.

You know what? I forgot the biggest thing, the reason WHY I went raw. I had acid reflux EVERY DAY. NO MORE. GONE. So that dramatically improved my quality of life.

And also, I don't wear makeup anymore, save for some eye-liner once a blue moon. I just feel pretty and confident now.

I was already a vegetarian for a long time but man, I've never felt this good.
It's an amazing thing, this raw foodism.

Raw certainly is looking good on you :) Something you didn't mention and I don't know if you have experienced this but I notice it and appreciate it everyday. My hearing and my eyesight have an added dimension of clarity that they did not have before raw. The colors are brighter and the sounds like music are more beautiful and also the tastes are exploding. Its wonderful.
