I have a Vitamix coming.
tell me . . . can you make vegetable juices with the whole leaves and it's smooth enough to drink without straining?
do you need to add water?

Unless you want it REALLY thick like soup, might wish to add water OR, juice something like celery and make that your base.

You don't make "juice" with the VM unless you strain it. The definition of juice is to separate the fluid from the fiber. Otherwise you've got a smoothie or soup.

That thing will puree a Mt. Everest! Its one of those machines where if you drop the stem and seeds in you will not be able to find it later!

Have a look at these photos for green smoothie! I know I refer to it a lot but it seems to be helpful

I think they call it "whole juice". And yes, it will do all that!! I use it this way, but I'd add water or do like Revvell mentioned with a watery type veggie if you want it very thin.;) I don't mind mine being a smoothie type consistency.
