I just juiced 2 - 16 oz. bags of organic baby carrots and wanted to share the results.
I got 1 1/2 cups of pulp and 2 1/2 cups of juice.
Now, of course, no bag of carrots are exactly the same, but I thought this info would help those that are trying to obtain a certain amount of carrot pulp for a recipe (i.e. carrot cake).
