Welcome to the board Melissa, glad you joined us.

My suggestion would be to purchase Alissa's book it's the best raw book I have. That is if you don't already have it.

How did you find out about raw food?

Just wanted to hi,

A couple great places I've found. Bonobo's on 23rd st, just south of Madison Park. It's little take out/eat in place with one long counter where you make your own salad. They sell coconut water and some other raw treats.

Also, Purefood and Wine(and Takeaway) in Gramercy around 17th and Irving.

Welcome to the forum,

Matt

michelle--- thanks for posting - i'm glad there are fellow ny's on the board --- i think we have a larger raw community than we think! btw--- i haven yet to visit purefood & win or Quintessance --- i could use a little push --- i live in westchester about 45 minutes north of the city so i'm not there ALL the time!
hannah --- i am a graduate of IIN! I have so much to tell --- so ask away -- it was an amazing program beyond words --- the only way i'm so successful wtih my clients is by walking the walk --- ask away - i'd love to share more!
thanks for all the love & support!
