So the weirdest thing happened. I had all these dreams last night that I was eating SAD food. In one of them I drank a huge glass of cow milk. ew. When I woke up, I woke up with a runny nose and a totally mucousy throat. It's like I'm detoxing from what I ate in my dream! So weird. I have been 100% (after being about 90% for a year) raw for 3 weeks now so maybe it's actual detox, but I have been feeling good.
Just thought I would share! Weird, eh?
