Help! Need cake recipe with no coconut

Hi

Every year we make a birthday cake for Jesus at Christmas time. This year I want to make it raw. My husband doesn't like coconut and can taste it in anything I put it in and won't eat it. I'd really like to make a cake that he will at least try and possibly eat as well, even though he is not raw.

Anyone have any good ones?

Are you after a cake or a pie??

Pie.. you could use an almond base(if you can get raw) or pecan??

Cashew cheese

Could make a cheesecake style one.. using physillium or agar instead of coconut oil...

or try something like a carrot cake? or a flan style... a nut base with spiced apples, or blueberries or permission??
