I am almost RAW 47 young girl and looking for more knowledge and support.
My adventure with raw started in Spring 2005 - i red a lot and attended some seminars, started to incorporate more and more raw food in my daily life. I loved the results - allergies dissapear! I have been 60 - 80% raw and would like to be 100%.
There are some challenges, questions and struggles especially to stay raw during holidays, being raw with "unraw" coworkers and family members, staying positive in the dark winter months.
I look forward to be part of this community and meet new friends.

I have been on and off raw since 2005, and am 42 yrs young. I have been close to 100% for the last few months.:p

I have found it hard to remain 100% raw through the cold winter months of northern ny, :rolleyes:
I am really trying hard this winter to stay 100%.

I wish you the best on your journey and I recommend using the banana search button at the top of the page to type in any topics you want more info on. It is very useful,and there is a world of helpful info to be found in the old discussion threads here.

Thank you - i am on and off for a while too but now dedicated to be trully raw - i see that i start finally to change. My body is stubborn and fluctuating, for me the change of heart, motivation, stable peaceful and positive me is now more important. I am making better choices.
