Hi everybody!
I've been a "silent reader" for a few weeks, and finally decided to register now.
Just a short introduction:
I've been a (ethically motivated) vegan for about 5 or 6 years now (vegetarian before since I was 13) and somehow came across the idea of rawfood...
I simply loved the thought of living foods, and it wasn't such a big step for me as for many others maybe. So I went "almost raw" (I can't really handle nor like these %-numbers) about a month ago. Which means, that I don't care about unroasted nori dried at non-raw-temperatures, I sometimes had (uncooked) tempeh or non-raw carob etc.
I also do drink hot (herbal, not black - I hate black tea ;) ) tea.
However, after reading several times that itDOES make a big difference if one is "almost" raw or "100%", I thought it might be worth a try, just to see what it's like and if it's worth :)
And up-coming December Challenge seems to be perfect for my little experiment...
I hope to find some inspiration/motivation and support here, and hopefully I'll be able to give some back too :D
So far for now...
Love,
Eevie
