Dehydrated sprouted almond recipes?

I would like to flavor and dehydrate some soaked/sprouted almonds but can't find any recipes! I thought I had seen some somewhere, in one of my recipe books... can't find it now though. I would like to do both savory and sweet.

Anybody have some good recipes they'd like to share?
