Specifically, in the Inland Empire region? In LA and maybe OC no problem, but I only see one instructor listed on Alissa's website in the IE, and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about her or if she is a member here? I thought a raw cooking class might be a neat Christmas gift for a friend of mine (we would take it together) and I wanted feedback on some local classes, if you are aware of any. And, yes, I would be willing to travel to neighboring counties for an awesome and inspiring teacher! :)
