hi guys-

I am sooo depressed. i have pitted acne scars on the sides of my cheeks.
Everywhere else it is fine..just major pitting on the sides of cheeks..is there any natural way I can correct that?

Thanks in advance

MSM lotion. I have pitted acne scars on my cheeks too and I started using MSM lotion on them and in one month they were so much smoother looking. I wouldn't say are gone completely but they look so much better than before.

It couldn't hurt to start taking it internally too. I read that the reason we scar in the first place is because we are MSM deficient. MSM stops scars from forming.

I use the stuff that David Wolfes company makes. www.sunfood.com

It comes in several different scents to choose from. I have the Berry Vanilla one and it smells like cotton candy. :)

Hi RAWCA - I have a couple on each cheek, too. Granted, they are a lot better since raw, but still there. May have to check out this MSM lotion.

Thanks for the info, queenfluff! :)

Does MSM do anything for the quality of your skin? I take it in supplement form but wondered if putting it on my face in some coconut oil would help. My skin is very dry and my neck is more wrinkly than I can stand!

Hi Subu, I responded in the other thread but I'll respond here too.

MSM doesn't really do anything for dry skin really. But the MSM might help for your wrinkles. I would try shea butter - it is more moisturizing than coconut butter. The MSM might work better internally for wrinkles too.

Also, if you use soap on your skin - stop using it. You will be amazed at how much dryness goes away when you stop using it. Just splash your face with water - give it a bit of time and eventually you skin will start bouncing back because you are not washing off your skin own moisturizers.
