Raw organic goji berries/Dates?

Hello, i am interested in purchasing and using goji berries. What are some good uses for the goji? Can it maybe be a replacement for raisins? Any good sites to purchase them? Also, i love dates! I just buy the cheap container in my local grocery and they are actually very sweet and pitted too! I have been reading about mejdools. Are they worth the extra money to get some? Thanks!

I use Goji's instead of raisins.. sometimes I mix the two. I buy them at bulk food stores. Unfortunately it's a seasonal product at those stores and ours won't have anymore in stock until Jan :eek: used to get a months supply for $7.00. If I buy it at my grocery store its $8.99 for a cup full. :(

I just eat them as is.

Please try the goji berries before you buy them. I was so excited to order them that I never thought I wouldn't like them. They taste like poison to me. I cannot eat them! I know they are SO good for you, which is why I purchased them, just make sure you try them first. :)

Wow, poisin?? Are they really that bad? OK, i will take your advice though! Could it be where you bought them? Maybe they were old or rancid? Just thoughts!!!
