can you freeze apples??

I say absolutely! I have started freezing them cut up with pears, when i have too many organic ones and do not want them to go to waste, and making icecream by adding a fresh banana in the fp.

Hmnnnnnnnnnn..give it a shot and see. My first reaction would be that they would be mealy and mushy when thawed....but maybe not~:)

i have limited freezer space & dehydrate mine.

I find that when I have too much of any fruit the best thing is to make leathers. Then you can have crepes when you want and they are so easy and fast to make and so tasty.
