Is it the nutmeg in recipes that makes crackers/pie crusts/cookies, etc. taste like graham?
Since I don't use graham flour (not raw), I was hoping to use one of a few raw recipes for graham crackers/pie crusts/cookies that I have found. All of these recipes state to use nutmeg and I was wondering if that is the "spice" that makes it taste most like graham flour.
