Has anyone tried dehydrating zucchini pasta and then re hydrating it for an instant pasta? Does it work well and return to a good consistency?
If not, how long would zucchini pasta last in the fridge, with no sauce mixed with it?

It seems to give it some texture but i don't leave it in there for much longer than that:)

HEY, that's a great idea! Let us know if you try it and how long you dehydratre it for, etc.

I have done courgette this way. I slice then add EVOO, salt & pepper. Dehydrate and serve with a sauce. It's really nice.

How long do you think it should be dehydrated?

Just a few hours. Overnight would be too long. Perhaps 3-5 hrs.:rolleyes:
