Any raw business ventures in the Phoenix, AZ area?

I wanted to put this out there for anyone who maybe pondering a business venture with raw foods! LOL! (You never know!)

The Phoenix Metro area is in need of a raw restaurant! I don't currently know of any plans of a raw restuarant yet here. If anyone does know of anything, please share the 411 on it. :) It would be simply amazing to have such a restaurant to go to in our area. :::::sigh::::: If I only had the $$, I would love to help open up a raw restaurant (or cafe) here! My dh says I'm crazy. He says the restaurant business is too risky and definitely way too time consuming. That might be true, but if we had the $$ I think it would be worth giving it a try! :)

Oh well, since I probably can't open one up, I thought I'd post something about it here and see if there was anything in the works. (Or encourage someone to consider such a venture in AZ!) LOL!

We really need this:) I always go to San Diego to visit my sister and eat at Cilantro Live! It is so great to have a place to go and celebrate, and eat raw!

I have thought about it many, many times. I even have a name picked out! At this time in my life, though, I am not ready to start down this road.

I know that a raw and living food restaurant would do so well in Phoenix! I just wish it was me who had the ability to open one.
