Post Thanksgiving update...

I know it's a little late, but I'm wondering what everyone did for their Thanksgiving feasts? I brought fudge and mock salmon pate to my families shindig. I think it went over well. They had turkey and casseroles like I've never seen, and luckily, I didn't want any of it!

Well done for bringing your own food. And great that it you covered both sweet and savory. I cant believe I still have not tried the fudge balls. I'll give those a try tomorrow - and love the mock salmon too!

:D I brought herbed pecan stuffing (everyone loved it!), kale salad, raw pumpkin pie, zucchini humus, flax crackers (they ate them all!) :eek: and stuffed vine leaves.
I was surprised how many of them really liked my food. I didn't eat one bite of turkey, dressing (aka stuffing), dirty rice, cookies. It wasn't hard as they all seemed very supportive.
