Hi, my name is Nicole. I'm very new to eating living-food, it's been about 6 months now, and before i was on typical SAD. I ate very healthy, only lean protein, whole grains, fruits and tons of huge salads, but still felt very tired, bloated and digestion was poor. So one weekend i decided tostop eating meat and it just proceeded from there. I naturally progressed from eating 80% raw to 100% ( with cooked food binges). That's what i was before, a binge eater. And i want to get past that. For me it's all raw or binge. That's just my personality. Sooo, i'm very excited to start the 30 day all-raw challenge in December.
After seeing the positive changes in me, my husband also is eating the same and loving it! My kids are 4 and 2years and it's not so easy to switch them over. The 2 year old loves fruit and meat and the 4year old loves veggies and grains!! Needless to say i'lm cooking 2 seperate meals every meal....I'm active, love bodybuilding, dancing and reading. That's it. I'm looking forward to chatting with some of you and learning new things!!
