Hello from brooklyn, NY

Hi, I am Michelle/single and live in Brooklyn...I am just starting out changing my diet to the RAW lifestyle. I have to admit my diet prior to this, while healthy has been very toxic to my system and i need a way to lighten up! I am learning as much as i can and applying all that knowledge to making myself as healthy and light and happy as i can...I embrace this lifestyle and am happy to have a way to meet other like minded young people in a nice social setting. Everybody that i have already met through the internet are so totally awesome!!! So helpful and full of wonderful information. I hope to use this forum for some additional info and help!! I just have to say that i feel so very welcomed here and so happy inside to be a part of this! I don't know, maybe we are all special embarking on this way of life! We will have our health and wellbeing while eating such wonderful foods. Just biting into a juicy honey crisp apple, i simply cannot describe how my taste buds feel. It's like a miracle of mother nature!!! Persimmons too!!! Everything really! Raw is where its at for sure!!!
