I have a craving for something creamy, milky like, with vanilla, maybe some cinnamon, and warm. It's cold and rainy here tonight, and I want to feel cozy warm. Maybe drink it, covered up with my favorite blanket, watching TV with my husband. :D
Any ideas?

Make a thick almond milk with some dates, perhaps, and warm in the dehydrator, or make with warm water :)
Raw Nog
Ingredients
1 batch raw almond milk
5 large soft pitted dates
2 very ripe bananas
1 vanilla bean
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup raw macadamia nuts (optional)
Make the almond milk first using a sprout bag. For instructions on how to make almond milk click here. In a blender add all the other ingredients including the vanilla bean seeds. To learn how to scrape a vanilla bean click here. Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less dates. The macadamia nuts are optional but they will give the drink a thicker consistency. Enjoy!
Pansy
I'd make that minus the bananas :)

I made something similar to what smilingrawdancer posted. I froze the bananas for about an hour and a half to make the drink more creamy and cold. I used agave instead of dates, and I also added some ginger. It was nice and frothy and satisfying! Yum!
