Cleaning HUGE wood cutting boards?

My bamboo cutting board just broke in half and I'm ready to get one of those HUGE John Boos boards.

How do you clean them if you can't put them in the sink???

The bathtub? Believe it or not I use my tub to clean lots of large items lol.. Of course I wash my tub after.. I have a germ phobia.
