1. Coconut oil
2. Coconut butter
3. Cocoa butter
Any help is greatly appreciated. What is the difference between them, how are they used, and especially what is cocoa butter?
Thanks!!

Coconut oil is just that. Just the oil. Coconut butter is the meat, and the oil. Cacao butter is from cacao pods....used to make raw chocolate even taster! Coconut oil and butter can be used in a variety of ways.....in raw chocolate, the oil used for oil pulling....you can put them in smoothies.....so many uses! Oh, and I know lots like to use the oil as a moisturizer too....it's a little rich for me, but on dry skin, it's a wonder!

I found a recipe for white chocolate cheesecake (raw) and it requires coconut oil and cocoa butter - which I did not know is actually like white chocolate (I found it on Alissa's site after I posted). Thank you!!!!
