I am getting really into my uncooking.. was planning on just making coconut cream this morning..then the coconut seemed to be perfect for pie crust..so here I am midway through making something!!
Anyway how long will a pie keep in the fridge for?
I know it can be frozen, but wanting to share this over the next few days.. will this be okay?? I have done multiple searches..but still unsure..
any ideas??
Many Thanks:cool:

I have had good luck with pies life. I think you will be fine for several days or even now that the weather is cooler. I made the apple & pumkin Wednesday. The pumkin I've kept in the fridge and the apple had been left out on the counter and bother are still great with no sign of going off.
I do think that any pies with bananas will have a shorter life as bananas get yucky soon. I have not done a pie with fresh coconut though but would keep that in the fridge.
On average I have been very pleased at the long shelf life of raw recipes in the fridge.
Let us know how it turns out!

It has a fresh mature coco base..and some banana in the filling..so..might need freezing tommorow..
