It is amazing. I just bought myself one of these last week and have not received it as yet. What a coincidence!! I really struggled over whether to spend the big bucks too. In the end, I decided it was worth it since I have terrible winter blues here. It is grey all winter. Anyhow, I'll let you know when I receive mine. Should be any day now. Good luck on your decision.

I got it in the mail this evening. My happylite is hanging on the wall and I'm so excited. I got the deluxe version that can hang on the wall or rest on a table. I thought I needed all the help I can get with this grey winter area. Of course, I just got it, but I think I'm going to be very happy with it.

Yesterday was a typical day here in the Finger Lakes. Grey and gloomy. I came home from work, turned on my sunshine, and it filled me with joy and happiness. It was a very healing experience. I'm so glad I made the investment.

Probably, most days this winter, I will be turning on the sunshine!!! Hoooray:D

I wonder about people from sunny and warm places like Florida or California - how often they get lower moods. I am from Toronto i miss sunshine for 4 - 5months! I also use happy light - but perhaps i we just need (:):):))to change climate!
