Hi from Arkansas

It seems as if I've been on a long journey already trying to get healthier. I've been meat free for 15 months. I went meatless because of the animals but actually saw a little bit of a difference in the way I felt. I've had major allergies for years, even take a weekly shot. My asthma has kicked up a notch or two here in the last year. So little energy that going down to the barn to do the twice daily chores is making me actually think about selling the horses. NOT!!!!

I'm here to do what I can to help my body achieve what my mind wants out of life. I'm 52 years old but want to be 52 years young. My family is not very supportive so if you don't mind I'll be using all of you.

I'm so glad that I came on the internet and plugged in Raw Food Forums and found this great place!! Birdie
