hey i've released 54 lbs in 3 months... you'll be there in no time! (of course every body is different so results do vary)

i do short 8 or 9 day fasts... lots of green smoothies... and i eat 100% raw. i haven't started any exercising at all yet. :P but i will. starting tomorrow LOL i promise!
