Welcome to the group! This site has been life changing for me. Very nice and inspiring people here. In the last 2 months I've been able to go almost 100% raw, minor weaknesses here and there (bread) my kids are going to need more time than me for this transition, and that's the only thing around that tempts me:rolleyes: I've learned so much, mostly by doing searches for topics of interest. Seems there's everything you need to know here! Alissa's book is amazing, staple foods there I will never live without. Right now I'm reading a David Wolfe book, raw is very inspiring, and will be my journey for life. And it takes some real inspiration having come from a predominantly meat and dairy lifestyle:eek: But I have a new love now. The flavors are far more bursting and satisfying, with all the health benefits! YAY!
