He says "I needs me spinach" when he is getting pummeled and trying to get to his can (yipes! Spinach in a can ~ NASTY!). :D He says "I eats me spinach" when he sings his Popeye the Sailor Man song. I apparently know too much about Popeye. Oh well, child of the 70's I am. :p
