Anyone know how to fix this? I am 45, I have had it my whole life.I went to a sinus specialist they did nothing.Maybe I should see a ear, throat and nose specialist. I do not eat dairy, so that is not it,I am sick of living with this everyday. Thanks all. Pat

I'm thinking that if your body is producing excess phlegm it must be trying to get rid of something, or acting like it needs to get rid of something. Have you tried acupuncture? If it's an allergic type reaction I've found acupuncture works well at getting the body to stop over-reacting.

Also maybe try flushing your sinus area a couple times a day with the netty pot and about a teasp. of warm salt water. This has done me worlds of good.

Ensuring adequate water intake was also a good thing I started doing for myself a couple years ago.
