Hi Everyone!

I am so happy to have found this site. I've actually been reading it for quite awhile and now feel ready to begin my raw food journey. What I love about this site that seems very different from the rest of the rawfood sites I've visited is the high level of support given to each person, whether in they are having a hard time or celebrating a raw milestone. I will probably have to lean on that support myself!

I live in Long Beach, CA. I am temping at an educational facility at the moment. I am a voracious reader of comparative religion and natural healing, I walk, hike and love to travel. I have also begun my Reiki Master/Teacher program. Oh, and I am owned by my 15lbs dog, Juno :D

Aww that's great. I had no idea that Reiki would change my life when I walked into that first class.
