Ok... so for fun I compiled the ingredients of the pate in fitday... to see the nutritonal info.. and wow, I feel I must share this.

This thing is insanely healthy. I finished an entire batch in 3 days, so I divided the yield into 3. And I did mine without the braggs, olive oil, and salt/pepper. So here goes:

1/3 of the pate (sunflower seeds, almonds, scallions, celery, and carrots):

I used to be super low in with my daily thiamin/riboflavin. I'm talking 5% of my DV if I'm lucky. I'm super glad I found this pate to help supplement. I mean look at all those vitamins and minerals!! I am just in awe.

I worship this pate. :P

I can not seem to get seem to get fitday to "work" for me. I guess I just feel like alot of the foods I eat, RAW are not listed....what am I missing? Do you use fitday alot??

Wendi: My only problem with Fitday is with nuts. The only one I've found raw on there is walnuts, everything else says roasted. I just put roasted then, at least I get an idea of what good there is in those nuts, like the vitamins, minerals, etc. Ah and finding stuff like Maca, yeah... that's nearly impossible. But you can add the foods. It takes a bit of time but it's so worth it.

Alicia: www.fitday.com . You can make an account and it helps you track your food intake, nutritional information of your food, has a weight diary too. Pretty good stuff. And you can track your exercises to see the calories burned too.
