Alissa has one in her book, and there is one in mine.

I haven't tried Alissa's but her recipes are marvelous. I know mine is great, because I designed it.

So there are two for you.

Have you tried searching on this sight?

Go up to the top of the page, where the banana is and type in banana bread and it'll take you to any thread that says banana bread in it.

I know that there is an Apple spice bread on here, you might be able to traform it into banana bread.

I've made Alissa's Banana Bread, and it's fabulous!

I have made alissa bread in the past - it was ok. Nothing like cooked though. I love the fact that it is low fat!!
so I made it again and added vanilla and some agave
had some today warm. it was ok, then I added some fat - almond butter and a sliced banana on top! it was YUMMY!!!
Best of all I feel full!!!
No binge tonight!!!!
I am going to ask though - what is the nutritional breakdown of sprouted wheat berries? I am using fitday and would like to know!!
