during the first month of my raw food journey I felt like an allien. I was changing so much, I could not believe my lack. My eyes became clearer, I no longer felt sleepy during day, my skin became softer. There was no end of me noticing some positive changes, ever day. I would go to the mirror and notice something new, every day. Away went puffy, old looking face, and I actually started liking what I saw in the mirror, for the first time since a long long time.

5 days 100% raw is fantastic!!!!!!! All the best to you!!!!!!!!
