WHICH raw CACAO is BEST?

Which tastes best of these 2 varieties of CACAO POWDER:
Navitas Naturals Raw Cacao Powder OR Ultimate Raw foods Cacao Powder

Also, the nutritional facts are totally different for 1 oz.
calories: 180 vs 120
total fat: 15 grams vs 2.5 grams
carbohydrate: 7 grams vs 18 grams
protein: 3 grams vs 5 grams

Now, how can they vary when they both are organic cacao powder?

Very interesting nutritional information....hmmmmm....

I am currently using Natural Zing brand raw, organic cacao powder but have a pound of the Navitas Naturals to use when it is gone. I LOVE the Natural Zing brand, unfortunately there is NO nutrient label on it (so we can't compare it).

Very interesting question, though, they should not differ if they are truly the same thing....hmmmmm...

I use Alissa’s Cacao powder.

I find that her products are always the best in taste and value. I trust her company to carry only the highest quality products AND this is HER site.

I went from using the nibs to Alissa's cocoa powder. Won't go back to the nibs and the quality and flavor of hers is awsome. Make a chocolate drink some mornings that is to live for. Definate re-order when I need more.

I would email each and ask how they calculate their nutritional information.
After receiving the response which will contain little to no information, reply by telling them you have compared it to another brand and find the large discrepancy disturbing.
Then you'll probably get an email about their integrity, blah, blah.

You may or may not get any clear answer, but it's always best to ask, and be pleasantly surprised now and then. ;)

i use navitas... i havent tried any others tho, bc thats the type we get in stores :)
im happy with it though
